Between Servant Marketing Co. LLC and Participant

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you (“Client” or “Participant”) and Servant Marketing Co. LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, with a business address at 9878 W Belleview Ave #5084, Denver, CO 80123 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and governs your participation in The Visionary Series, a group business mastermind program running from September 2025 through February 2026.

By enrolling in the program and submitting your payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Program Overview + Deliverables

You are enrolling in The Visionary Series, a 6-month high-level business mastermind experience for visionary women entrepreneurs.

You will receive the following based on the tier you choose:

Group Telegram for ongoing support & masterminding
Rebirth Photo Shoot
Co-Host a Community Event with Sasha
Bonus: 6-month HERHAUS Changemaker Membership (valued at $1,200)
Bonus: Full Access to Sasha’s content library (30+ classes & templates; $2,500 value)

🔥 Visionary UNLEASHED Tier:

Everything included in the Visionary tier
(2) 1-on-1 Visionary Days with Sasha ($3,500 value)
Private Telegram Access to Sasha M–F during business hours ($2,000 value)
(1) 1-on-1 Healing Session with Maritza, Intuitive Healer ($500 value)

Program calls may be recorded and made available unless they are deemed private or sensitive in nature. All participation is optional, but outcomes are directly correlated with your level of engagement.

2. Program Investment & Payment Terms

By enrolling, you agree to the following pricing and payment terms:

Pay in Full: $5,555
6-month payment plan: $999/month
7-month payment plan: $856.29/month

▸ Visionary UNLEASHED Tier:

Pay in Full: $7,777
6-month payment plan: $1,380/month

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. You are responsible for completing all payments in your selected plan, regardless of your level of participation.

If a payment method fails or a payment is missed, access to program materials and sessions may be suspended until payment is received.

3. Communication & Support Boundaries

Group Telegram: Included for all participants. This is the central hub for connection, sharing, and masterminding.
1:1 Telegram: Exclusive to UNLEASHED tier. Sasha is available Monday–Friday from 9am–5pm MT and will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends or holidays).
HERHAUS in-person sessions will be held at HERHAUS in Denver. Travel and lodging are the responsibility of the participant.

4. Client Responsibility & Expectations

By joining this program, you agree to:

Show up for yourself and the group in integrity, authenticity, and alignment.
Respect other participants’ vulnerability and maintain the confidentiality of what is shared in group settings.
Take full responsibility for your own business, life decisions, and results.
Understand that Sasha Canady and Servant Marketing Co. LLC are not liable for business outcomes or guarantees of income.

5. Media Release & Confidentiality

By enrolling, you agree to the following:

Confidentiality: You agree not to share personal or business information shared by other members outside of the container, unless you have explicit permission to do so.
Media Release: You grant permission for Sasha and her team to take photos and videos during in-person sessions for future marketing use. You may opt out of specific recordings by informing us in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

You may use all tools, prompts, and ideas shared for personal use and application in your business. However, you may not reproduce, resell, or distribute Sasha’s proprietary materials, brand visuals, or teachings in your own offers without written permission.

7. Termination Clause

We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program if their behavior is deemed harmful, abusive, or out of alignment with the energy and values of the container. This includes but is not limited to:

Harassment or bullying of other members
Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, ageist, or otherwise discriminatory conduct
Breach of confidentiality
Repeated disruption or disrespect of the group container

No refunds will be issued if a participant is removed under this clause.

8. Legal & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing other legal remedies.
Any legal action must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Denver, Colorado.

9. Entire Agreement & Acknowledgment

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. By signing or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms set forth.
