This Mastermind Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Sasha Canady Owner of Servant Marketing Co., hereinafter referred to as the "Facilitator," and the undersigned participant, hereinafter referred to as the "Participant," collectively referred to as the "Parties," effective as of Feb 20th, 2024  1. Term: The Mastermind program shall commence on Feb 20th and conclude on Aug 30th, 2024, spanning a duration of six months.  2. Payment: The Participant agrees to make timely payments for the mastermind program as follows: Monthly installments by the 5th of each month.  Failure to make payments on time may result in the Participant's removal from the mastermind without refund or credit.  3. No Refunds: The Participant acknowledges and agrees that there shall be no refunds for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to non-participation, dissatisfaction, or withdrawal from the program.  4. Results Disclaimer: The Facilitator does not guarantee specific results from participation in the mastermind program. The Participant understands that the outcome is dependent upon their level of engagement, commitment, and implementation of the strategies provided. 5. Media Release: The Participant grants the Facilitator permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the mastermind program for marketing and promotional purposes.  6. Confidentiality: Both Parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal, sensitive or proprietary information shared during the mastermind sessions.  7. Termination Policy: Either Party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other Party breaches any material term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Participant shall remain liable for any outstanding payments due for the mastermind program.  8. Limitation of Liability: The Facilitator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the mastermind program.  9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denver, CO.  In witness whereof, the Parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
